3. Ordering and Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it, this does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched and you receive a confirmation email.

If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but will honour the price displayed at the time your order was placed.

5. Delivery

We offer free next-day delivery on all orders placed before 1 p.m., subject to stock availability and courier service conditions. Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate; we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will liaise with our courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receiving your goods. For full details, please see our Returns & Cancellations Policy Please note that we cannot accept returns of any item that has contained cremated remains.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All designs, product imagery, and text appearing on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Beyond Ashes or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any images, graphics, or content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to ensure the quality and safety of our products, Beyond Ashes cannot accept liability for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
